Can you believe it's almost summer vacation already and nearly an end to another school year?  At least in our area, school will be getting out in about two weeks and people are already talking about what's on the agenda for summer vacations.

I'm hearing that many people are going to do "short" trips and check out things in their own areas rather than going across the country to tourist spots.  Well, that makes a lot of sense because of the very high gas prices - not to mention fast food and restaurant prices aren't getting any cheaper.

I just want to remind you of a couple things that could be "necessary" if you have babies or small children -- or even children up to 8-12 years of age.
