With the days getting warmer and it looks like "spring has sprung", I've been digging into my fabric stash and starting on making clothes for the little quadruplets and Jacob.  The little boys and Jacob really don't care what I make - just make me SOMETHING! The little girls, on the other hand, are quite specific as to what they want (shorts, dresses, blouses, etc) AND what color and design!  YIKES!  Wait until these little 3 1/2 year olds turn into teenagers -- Mamaw might have to find another way to dress them "properly".

With the increased volume of pattern orders from PlusSizeChildren.com, I can tell that others are getting into the sewing mode as well.  We're getting orders not only for the pattern making classes, but also for the ready made patterns for plus size girls and plus size boys -- I can understand that the ready made patterns are much easier and quicker to get made for those husky, overweight and plus size girls and boys since all the patterns were made using actual plus size childrens' measurements.

While you're in the mood for sewing, don't forget the man in your life -- we also have ready made nightshirt/pajama patterns made for regular sizes as well as the husky sizes, AND a pattern making class for big and husky men.

Looks like there is enough sewing to last us all the entire spring season.  I love the spring season and all the possibilities for sewing for my husband and the little ones!!
