Jacob's Yard Sale
Jacob spent the night with us last night, after the rest of the babies (quads) went home in the afternoon. Of course he gets to play with a few "big boy" toys that can't come out when everybody is here, but apparently he feels like he can also be the entrepreneur of the day as well.
I was in the kitchen fixing supper and he decided to hold a Yard Sale. He started by rolling up a big blanket we keep on the floor for a soft laying spot while they're watching TV, then added everything else he could find around the room.

Look at how HIGH the stack got -- amazing for a 4 year old!! Anyway he'd saved room at one end of the couch for him to sit while waiting for "customers". When I walked in, he was rather disappointed - said he probably should just close it down for the day because "nobody is coming to buy anything". Well, I did what any Mamaw would do -- "bought" one of the little toys at the edge of the pile - didn't want the whole thing to collapse -- so he was very happy to continue sitting and waiting for more customers.
That little guy has quite an imagination! And in most cases even has a plan as to how to accomplish what he's thinking about. GOOD JOB JACOB!
