Over the past few years, our children's and womens' pattern making classes at PatternsThatFitYou and BigBeautifulPeople have gotten very popular.  And as the waists expand and the population of our country tends to move to the "heavier" side, there is getting to be a bigger and bigger problem in getting ready made clothing garments or patterns that will fit right.  There is so much frustration that many of you have written, after finding our pattern making classes, saying how grateful they are to be able to finally get clothes to fit right.  After all, in every pattern making class, whether it's skirts, slacks, blouses, dresses, clothing for children -- every pattern is made using YOUR own individual measurements, so therefore is guaranteed to fit those measurements!!

We are very happy to announce that we now have a pattern making class for MEN!  We have a class for those who are nearly "average", but perhaps have extra wide shoulders, narrow torso, etc, and are very hard to fit.  Learn about our "average" regular size men's class.  In addition, we have a class for big, tall and husky men, which you will find at Big Beautiful People.

I'd been collecting emails from people asking when we'd have a pattern making class for husky men available, and from those saying their son, boyfriend or husband, as the case may be, is fairly "average" but big shoulders and long arms, and they couldn't figure out how to get regular patterns to work.
