Update On Sewing Machine Repair As A Home Business Post
A few weeks ago I did a post about being thankful for the sewing machine repair business, and how there was even more business when the economy was in a slump, as people went back to basics, which included doing more sewing rather than buying clothing, repairing garments rather than discarding them for new, etc.
I have had a huge response to that post -- emails from all over the country AND Canada, where one gentleman wrote that he'd gone into an unemployment office in Canada to see about possible part time jobs. The counselor pulled up our SewingMachineRepair site and printed out the information about the sewing machine repair as a home business, and told the man that this was about the most inexpensive business that he could get into, with the biggest potential. The gentleman ordered the manual (he said he'd ordered it the first part of 2008), and that he was so pleased with the extra money he'd been making that he just wanted to let us know.
Another man in St Louis had seen my blog post and sent an email with the date of when he'd ordered the Sewing Machine Repair manual and gave a listing of jobs he'd had and dollars made from the jobs ---- WOW! He had a great ledger full of information on his sewing machine repair business.
Several others simply wrote to let me know when they'd purchased the manual and the success they're having with it --- and just wanted to take the opportunity to tell us "thank you" for making the manual available.
So, thank you to all of you that have written in response to the sewing machine repair business post, and we wish all of you continued success.
