Quadruplet Grandbabies and their big brother

Our daughter has 2 year old quadruplets (2 girls/2 boys) PLUS a 3 1/2 year old big brother.  These little ones are a handful any day of the week, but when they're sick, they're miserable!!!  We keep the babies and Jacob (the big brother) for one overnight stay each week, so mommy and daddy can get one full night of sleep each week, and get a little work done that couldn't otherwise get done with 5 little babies underfoot.  This week the babies and big brother were all sick (and still are sick) - colds, fever, runny nose and congestion.   As with any small child that's sick, they need extra cuddling and attention, which makes you wonder how two laps (papaw and mamaw) can be enough for five babies.    Well, as it works out, two of the babies and big brother Jacob are Papaw's little ones.  When they get hurt, feelings hurt, are sick, etc, the only word they know is "Papaw, Papaw!"  So he cuddles all three of them in his lap, along with blankets, baby dolls, etc which are also necessary.  GO PAPAW!!  The other two are in my lap, and are more easily talked into helping me fix lunch, get juice in the sippies, and dirty clothes into the Yawny yoom (laundry room).   These babies and big brother are indeed a handful, but it's worth it all when they come running over to say "I yuv you mamaw!" and "I yuv you papaw!"  These just have to be the sweetest "fab five" as we call them, in the whole wide world!
